Noah has plenty of surprises for you on this walk-through funhouse!

Come experience the transformed Noah’s Ark!

Reborn to celebrate its 80th anniversary, guests once again walk through the mouth of a large, blue whale to enter Noah’s Ark!

Over the last 80 years, few attractions have symbolized Kennywood quite like Noah’s Ark. Once a staple of amusement parks the world over, walk-through funhouses are now hard to find outside of the Halloween season. In 2016, Noah’s Ark was transformed, returning to the “old-school” theming generations of Kennywood visitors and Pittsburghers remember from their childhood.

Did you know that Kennywood is home to the last operating Noah’s Ark walkthrough attraction in the world? Or that the whale mouth entrance, removed in 1996, was actually not added to the Ark until it was well into its fourth decade of operation?

Kennywood opened Noah’s Ark in 1936, the first Ark built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company, and the last Ark to ever be built. It has stood the test of time thanks to an assortment of odd and quirky gags, playing off the well-known story of a great flood, gathering of animals and those special effects to become a memorable attraction for generations of Kennywood visitors. Now 80 years after first thrilling those brave enough to enter, Noah’s Ark has been transformed to hearken back to the classic funhouse feel.
