Park Admission

To enter the park, scan your digital or physical Season Pass at the turnstiles for park entry.
Parking
Included with Gold & Platinum
Preferred Parking
To access Preferred Parking, enter Gates A, B or E. Follow the signs to the Preferred Parking entrance. Have your digital or physical Season Pass ready to scan at the parking booth for entry.
V.I.P. Parking
To access V.I.P. Parking, enter Gate E from Hoffman Blvd. The V.I.P. Parking Lot entrance will be on your right. Have your digital or physical Season Pass ready to scan at the kiosk for entry. When you leave, you must scan the same Season Pass used to enter the lot at the exit.
Guest Tickets
Included with Silver (1), Gold (2) & Platinum (3)
To redeem your FREE Guest Ticket(s), visit the Season Pass Processing Center or Customer Service.
One time use, each Guest Ticket must be redeemed on different days in 2025.
Bring a Friend Days

On select dates, Passholders can purchase discounted Bring a Friend Tickets. Bring a Friend Tickets can be purchased at any open Ticket Window, the Season Pass Processing Center or Customer Service.
Souvenir Cup
Included with Gold (Good for FREE Refills at Kennywood) & Platinum (Good for FREE Refills at Kennywood, Sandcastle, Idlewild & Dutch Wonderland)
Gold and Platinum Passholders receive a souvenir cup good for FREE refills all of 2025! Your souvenir cup can be picked up at Golden Nugget, Midway Refreshment Stand, Pagoda, Pizza Warehouse, Small Fry's, Star Refreshment Stand, or at the Season Pass Processing Center. Scan your digital or physical Season Pass to redeem.

Renewing, Upgrading & Updating Information
I purchased a Season Pass, what's next?
New Season Passholder:
If you selected the digital Season Pass option during checkout, you do not need to process your Season Pass at the park. Simply add your Season Pass card to your Google or Apple Wallet and use your mobile device for entry and in-park discounts and offers. If you selected the physical Season Pass option during checkout, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Season Pass Processing Center. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for entry and in-park discounts and offers.
Renewal Season Passholder:
When you renew your Season Pass for next season, continue to use the same card or select the new digital Season Pass option to easily store your Season Pass card in your Google or Apple Wallet! Note: a fee will apply to replace a lost card.
How do I get my perks?
Your perks are loaded automatically onto your digital/Physical Season Pass card from your home park (where your Season Pass card was purchased and/or processed). Simply show your Season Pass card via Google or Apple Wallet or Phyiscally to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.
How do I upgrade my Season Pass?
It is easy! Visit our Season Pass Processing Center at the entrance plaza to upgrade your pass to a higher level.
Can I upgrade my ticket to a Season Pass?
You can upgrade your ticket the day of your visit at the Season Pass Processing Center located at the entrance plaza.
How do I update my payment information?
It's easy to update your payment information or pay off your Season Pass purchased on a payment plan! Grab your confirmation number and click here to get started. Need help finding your order confirmation number? Contact us
How do I update my profile?
Want to continue to receive emails with information and offers that are relevant to you? Be sure to update your profile regularly - it's easy!
