I purchased a Season Pass, what's next?
New Season Passholder:
If you selected the digital Season Pass option during checkout, you do not need to process your Season Pass at the park. Simply add your Season Pass card to your Google or Apple Wallet and use for entry and in-park discounts and offers. If you selected the physical Season Pass option during checkout, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Season Pass Processing Center. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for entry and in-park discounts and offers.
Renewal Season Passholder:
When you renew your Season Pass for next season, continue to use the same card or select the new digital Season Pass option to easily store your Season Pass card in your Google or Apple Wallet! Note: a fee will apply to replace a lost card.
How do I get my perks?
Your perks are loaded automatically onto your digital/Physical Season Pass card from your home park (where your Season Pass card was purchased and/or processed). Simply show your Season Pass card via Google or Apple Wallet or Phyiscally to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.
What happens to my 2024 perks when I renew for 2025 now?When you renew, your 2024 Season Pass card will automatically update to your 2025 digital/Physical Season Pass. At that time, you will unlock all 2025 perks available in 2024 that are associated with your pass tier, including park admission, FREE parking, Bring a Friend Day Discounts, food discounts, retail discounts, and any bonus perks.
Any remaining 2024 Guest Tickets or 2024 Souvenir Cups will remain available until December 31, 2024.
How do I upgrade my Season Pass?
It is easy! Visit our Season Pass Processing Center at the entrance plaza to upgrade your pass to a higher level.

- To use V.I.P. Parking, enter Gate E from Hoffman Blvd. The V.I.P. Parking Lot entrance will be on your right.
- Have your Gold or Platinum Season Pass card ready to scan at the kiosk for entry.
- When you leave, you must scan the same Season Pass card used to enter the lot at the exit.
