Kennywood is located on Rt. 837 in West Mifflin, PA just minutes from (about 12 miles southeast of) the downtown Pittsburgh area.
Take your most convenient route to I-376 (which runs from downtown Pittsburgh to Monroeville, PA at exit 57 of the PA Turnpike) and then take the Edgewood-Swissvale Exit (No. 77). Turn left and follow the Kennywood arrows south onto South Braddock Avenue. Follow South Braddock all the way until it ends at the far side of the Rankin Bridge (about 3 miles). Turn left onto Route 837. The Kennywood Parking lot is 1.6 miles south on Rt. 837 on the right side of the road.
I-376 Construction Notice
From July 10 through August 3, the Commercial Street Bridge on I-376 Parkway East will be replaced and temporarily closed. Kennywood is fully open and easy to reach from every direction using detours and alternate routes.
